Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Am I serious? A. Those who know me personally know that I love humor, but I assure you that this is no joke. Don't worry, I haven't lost my sense of humor; but I have given serious consideration to what it would mean to be President and how difficult it will be to get there. Q. Why don't I start with something smaller than President? A. If you have read the rest of the site, you know I already have two jobs plus volunteer work. I don't think I could add a third job while keeping my family and sanity. I am aiming for the highest office to make the most difference. While the odds may be against me, I am a firm believer that nothing is impossible. I also believe that we as a nation are running out of time. If dramatic action and radically different thinking are not brought in now, there may be no chance for it later. Q. How can you possibly expect to win with no money or party support? A. An urban legend or other internet hoax can make it out to hundreds or thousands of people in mere minutes - no money, no party support. This is the nature of the internet and part of my plan. One email to the right person, one important mention of this site in the press or on the web - either can trigger huge results. Perhaps you are the link that sends the key email to your friends and family. Q. How Do I Help? A.There are many options. Use some of these or tell me your own ideas.
SOME PEOPLE - will be needed to be more involved. Each state has electors. Those are actual people that sign a legal document that they will cast their state's electoral votes for me if I am elected by popular vote. Each state has an specified number of electors, which varies by state. You must be a registered voter, and other restrictions may apply by state. If you are interested in being an elector, you can mark that on the Get Involved signup page. A FEW PEOPLE - will be needed to organize things on a state level. This will involve contacting your secretary of state or department of elections. You will not be alone in this process, but this will take some organizational skill and time. State laws, procedures, and dates must be understood. Again, you can mark your interest in this position on the Get Involved signup page. |
